I'm subletting the Dumbo space (details below) and also looking for someone to sublet part of the new Bushwick studio of which I'll be signing a lease this week.

-share with 1 responsible artist (me).
-I paint in acrylics and would like to share with fellow artist whose medium is also relatively non-toxic.

-lots of northern exposure sunlight. (great view). Windows are in the larger space. An 8 ft high wall separates the two studios.

-Starting Nov. 1st. (or Oct 15th if possible)

***DUMBO SUBLET 285 sq ft for $775***
-offering long-term artist or creative office space sublet in DUMBO in the 68 Jay St. building on one of the top floors (great view).
-your space is 285 sq ft (13.5 ft wide by 21 ft long)
-tall 11 ft ceilings.
-includes electric (heat is electric)
-two windows--tons of sunlight. faces northeast.
-share with two other very responsible artists who do not use the space often/at all (You will have the entire space to yourself 99% of the time.) you walk through their spaces to get to your space--total studio size is 575 sq ft.
-slop sink right outside door.
-private bathroom.
-private mailbox in foyer.
-1 block to F train/a few blocks to A train
-Nov 1st move in date (or Oct 15th if possible)
-1st month plus security
