Director
Lumen is looking for an inspirational Director to develop and shape the organisation's future programme, as it responds to new challenges in the field of media art.
The successful applicant will be a creative, responsible leader, providing artistic and organisational direction for Lumen, devising and delivering artistic projects, generating income, developing the AV resource, establishing new partnerships, and acting as a respected figurehead as the company enters a new period in its business development.

Projects Assistant
Lumen requires a highly motivated Projects Assistant to support two key strands of the organisation's activities.
Working alongside the Director and the Technical Manager, the successful applicant will assist in all stages of project development and delivery, supporting both the AV resource, and Lumen's own curated arts projects.

Lumen is a Leeds based not-for-profit arts organisation with a national and international reputation for producing challenging, high quality arts programmes. Lumen’s activities include the operation of an AV equipment hire resource, technical consultancy, project management, and the development of an artistic programme which generates learning and educational resources. Central to Lumen’s artistic programme is the production of Evolution, which each year brings together international artists, filmmakers and curators for a programme of screenings, lectures, live performances and exhibitions.
